    the actual server has decent speeds for downloading, so if u have good net you can get up to 10mb/sec, and if you get disconnected just open console and do /reconnect

    I've been trying to get on for a while, but apparently the game hates me and throws me out on the connection process. I'll try again for Friday.

    Sidenote: Are we able to download the mod files via a read only ftp? Cause, all this right clicking in browser is doing my nut.

    I'll try to get on, my internet has gone back to being unstable lately, sometimes its fine for a few hours, sometimes completely unusable. I'll get on if possible but I cant promise anything with the way it is currently.

    tho some of us will be helping Brodie test his new map on firday, we will jump right into ours as soon as it is over

    {OSG}Brodie has asked us to help playtest his new map , osg_cargo. Its an even better remake of cargo from bo2, than what we currently run. hurrayeeee . test time is 8pm Friday evening (20.00 GMT) server ip is on the video, will issue pw on xfire/steam as soon as I know it

    ok, that makes sense, thanks for the clarification. I think you killed me multiple times this past sunday...Wish my ping was better but its a lot of hops. We usually play on Friday around 9:30pm EST, which I think is 4-5 hours behind you, 1:30am your time??, so if you are ever doing an all nighter jump in.

    The problem with other gametypes (like s&d, sab, dom, hq,) etc, is that we use a vast amount of "mod maps", and most of those don't work on all gametypes, which results in a server crash , if wrong gametype is selected for certain maps, also since our mod is "top heavy" with not a lot of room, I think im right in saying that most of the openwarfare gametypes have been stripped out of the mod,(Hacker22 care to comment here??).
    Anyhow im glad you guys are enjoying our mod, look forward to seeing you all sometimes clapppychappieeeee

    Hey guys, I am sure you have noticed that I have a small group of guys that have been hitting your server on Friday nights. Since we are in the US we generally don't run into any of you on at the same time. We really like your mod and we are also new to the open warfare mod too. We like different gametypes and we were wondering if you guys ever allow some of the other gametypes that are available thru open warfare, like the "one in the chamber" gametype. We have not played them so we don't know what they are like. Your opinion of the other gametypes would be valuable. We do like the "Kill confirmed" and have been playing it. As for more traffic, I am not sure how you can get more, we have our own server but we don't worry about traffic because its mainly for our use. What are the chances of more gametypes on your server?

    At this point I would say give no-punkbuster a try for a while, maybe a week or so so that people get chance to notice but re-enable if it gets problematic. Theres probably a bunch of people who dont know how to fix PB just ignoring PB servers, similarly though we dont want what few players we have remaining to leave if theres hackers on at 5am when none of us are available to kick them. I reckon we run the risk for a while but keep a close eye on it.

    its a nice open warfare based mod, with bo2 weapons, but unless its busy it doesn't really attract me, I can play on our server with myself if that's what I wanted :)., ive just been on some cool ranked non pb server that altho its not using a mod that clients download, it has a predator and heli , and was cool to play on as it was busy. also thadpg run a very busy server which I also jump on, or if I play waw there are a couple of busy servers out there. thing is I hate playing on en empty server, and altho our mod is a great mod, its useless if no -ne comes to play, maybe we should disable punkbuster and take our chances that way?
