    probably....only got laptop working again last week after 6 months..... more by luck than judgement though.... i GC broke... stuck in oven GS 6 20 mins got it working again LOL :)

    also deleting servercache.dat can help if it got corrupted ingame but sounds like it was on your end not the game

    hi guys, stupid quessie time so expect flak for it, lost all my servers list during ther game on th emain MP internet choice, all filters are reset, were coming up 1hr ago now none .... can you help pleeeaase :)

    I told El Puto to change his name and other people started questioning me, he took his sweet ass time changing it also! ive seen him on plenty of times complaining and calling good players hackers for getting kill streaks.. he then went onto type in caps constantly being a right douche and being rude to myself stealth and jester. so i banned him from the server, he just wudnt listen and kept questioning what we said.

    ps: If the hc version of the mod doesnt work, then stick gun game on second server using mw2 mod :) That would be kick ass!

    i dont mind the camping just have a particlar dis-taste to spawn spot campers, not that the 5 sec rule has stopped them trying though...... :)

    ok , i agree with centaur, in that maybe implementing too much changes will kill server, just to try to please some individuals.. the reason the server IS so successfull is because of the way its set up already... with that in mind, i have a solution, cutting server down to 32 slots, running a second 32 slot server(meantime), only hc with anti-camp,spawnprotect,and no killcam..
    then see how it goes.. also once mod tools come out for black ops, running second server as a black ops mod..

    Anti camp? The server has always tolerated camping, I guess you just need to move around a few teps everyone min or so? Could live with that, couldnt live with it being hardcore? Why not run the second server with the new settigns on it and see which proves more popular. The killcam is handy, It helps to spot dodgy players, so atleast people can see how they died and if it looks suspicious, as centaur said handy to spot campers, then wall bang the crap out of them from behind through a wall or 2 when you respawn :)

    PS Doesn't matter what you change, how many times, on who's request - You'll always get someone who whinges about something. Your server settings were popular. 20 -30 odd players regularly - on a modded MW server. That's tough to do bowdowneeee - why try to fix what's not broke? special7

    4x polls up , regarding basic set up of mw2 mod server, vote is public, so anyone who uses server can have their say, final decision on any permenent changes will be made by {BHC}members. but your opinion is valued..

    spawn protection is good, but i really miss the killcam, its not easy to find the snipers without it.
    i will learn to like it.

    there is nothing we can do about opposition getting into a spot where they can spawn rape, there is no dvar to enforce it to stop.. this will happen on some maps if one team is weaker than another, so there is nothing that can be done about it ,other than removing any maps that are prone to spawnrape situations., in that case a list of offending maps is needed..
