    yeeeee mightb uild it myself, i just normally cock up windows install and getting everything working first time, plus i tend to fry things when i OC it. Yee the 560ti was satrting point, if i do build itmyself would be able to get a better one, not a huge fan of ati cards tho :(

    Jester.. DONT get a SSD my cousin is on his 4th one in 6 months. 560Ti sucks ass get a HD 7970 the rest is great cheaper to build it urself then buy it from a shop though...

    You not going to build it yourself Jester? Get a great machine for a grand home built. More satisfying too! Can't remember the last time I bought a PC..

    i have the money and the go ahead from the mrs to get a new pc, just ahvent found one yet, ideally specs would be 2700k with 8gig ram, atleast a gt560ti and a 22-24 inch hd monitor, hopefully wiht a ssd drive boot drive adn 1tb data drive.... Budget hopefully £1000 but could go higher if desperate anyone seen any gd pc's at that sort of prce range?

    ye ebee.. and ye jester, on my old system with an 3850 agp it runs great, ok in 1280x1024.. but good enough to kick some ass anim_63.

    gts240 is hardly any faster than the old 8800, not DX11 compliant either is it?

    new gc comes from dell tomorrow xd, theyre giving me a nvidea gts240 igb , to replace the 8800gt 512mb (no longer made).. so hiopefully my performence ingame will be better xd, cya all tomoz alien1eee
