    just why would the ban kick in when i try to reconnect to our server? if someone had hi jacked my keycode or whatever, wuldnt they ban have fired off when they were using the hacks or whatever?

    btw guys keep an eye out. seems there might be a new hack website or something about. missvontripp from =R2R= and X4 (patmansans husband) just contacted me about a server pat was helping on and someone got access to rcon and that. first goolge search i find admin hack and rcon stealer and then joker got his guid/key stolen so keep an eye out guys. seems theres some new hacks coming out

    joker. zombie said to tell pb about the connection problems (duplicate key (possible guid aswell) etc) and any other problems youve had.

    he also said they might ask for the server logs so max if u dont mind them taking a look if they ask so you might want to have em ready. sounds like they do tend to take a while XD

    pbbans seems to be GMT-5

    atm here in england its 10:13 and for pb bans server time its 5:15 am

    did that i[ address thing adn the one on the ban is dif to my one? Cant the pbbans admin see that and see it wasnt me?

    kk, i just wondered cos the ban haened when i connected to the bhc server in the morning as normal, or could the ban have hapend already? cos teh time said 5 something am, but doesnt give a time zone

    joker. either by the server logs which u could ask max for. that would show all connections so he could check for duplicate guids too.

    or u can use http://www.ipchicken.com/ to get your ip

    yee got kicked lots of times by it, jag said it could be some one hi jacking my guid :( Hopefully they can prove it based on ip?

    there is ringo. when i originally signed up on clanbase my key was in used and it isnt the first time. also if joker did get kicked for key in use then obviously someone else is trying to get on server when they should be banned. in that moment it also sends packets etc to server to tell it key is in use so its possible to get guid then.

    gtx have moved our match server coz of lag/connections problems..new ip on left..rcon pw still same..
    now the mw2 mod server will undergo a complete reinstall later tonight, so hopefully that will sort it out, if not, we might have to move the server to another ip(last resort)

    you need to watch tho, its been known for pbbans to ban other keys ,even with no violation on them, coz theyre linkeed to a banned player and ip..

    hes gonna look into it further though so dont worry. he seems rather sure its probably a guid stealer too so dont worry too much

    cheers guys, had some feedback from an admin called hendrik he said "We do not find this violation to be triggered in error, and it will not be removed." which kidna sucks, I have asked for evidence and some kind of decent explanation, I have a cd key from the retail version i bought, i have been using steam one at moment. But i want this cleared up and lifted

    he said hell continue looking into it. i did suggest it might be someone stealing ur GUID and he thinks it could be possible. someone had my guid on clanbase when i orignally registered and he said thats 1 type of pb hack so lets hope someone didnt get ur guid
